UOWCHK draws reference from the “Code of Good Practices” promulgated by the Committee on Self-Financing Post-Secondary Education and is committed to the principles of good governance and quality assurance.

UOWCHK is a company limited by guarantee. UOWCHK is a non-profit making organisation and has obtained charitable status under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance.
