Two Year 2 students in the Associate of Arts in Digital Visual Design (AADVD) programme in the Faculty of Arts and Humanities scored honours in the 39th Hong Kong Film Awards Poster Design Competition organised by the Hong Kong Film Awards Association (HKFA).
Michelle Angela JAPSON, and HO Yan Yan, who were tutored by their teacher Mr Gabriel Tsang, became Champion and First Runner-up in the competition. (In the photo: Michelle (left) and Yan Yan (right). At a simple but august ceremony in late February 2020, the students received their trophies. Other than being a testimony to their capabilities, entering the competition enabled the students to apply what they learnt at the College, to be self-motivated, and to make the most efficient use of the available resources.
