A group of students from the Diploma of Applied Education at UOW College Hong Kong had an especially enriching experience at Hong Kong Disneyland. Participating in a workshop called Disney's Foundations for Career Success, they were able to have on-site observation and experiential learning opportunities. Designed to help people understand the corporate culture and work environment at Disneyland, the workshop imparted to the students through Disney cast members the significance of a positive work attitude and lifelong learning, providing valuable insights for the students' future career development. The three-hour workshop ended with the students exploring the work culture of Disneyland within the theme park.
