On 26th of May 2022, Dr. Kenneth Chong, Associate Dean of the Faculty of Business, organised a student sharing with DSE candidates at the Kowloon City campus. There were 12 people who signed up including a parent who wanted to learn more about how to get into UGC-funded institutions. Following the introduction, Dr. Charlie Choi, Vice President, presented the participants with the College’s articulation and employment figures. In the past three years, an average of 48 percent of graduates who chose to continue their studies were admitted to UGC-funded institutions, with the highest proportion (40%) going to CityU, followed by Polytechnic University. Dr. Chong offered his valuable advice to students with tips on their study , such as how to improve their learning ability, how to get the best grades, how to apply for non-JUPAS programmes, how to prepare for interviews, and how to answer interview questions. An alumnus who has received five university offers was invited to share his experience at the seminar. He revealed that his success in studies had much to do with the encouragement and care offered by teachers of the College. The presentation was very informative and productive, and the participants gave lots of positive feedback.
