UOW College Hong Kong took part in the Education and Careers Expo 2024 in late January organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council. Held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, the Expo was the forum for many interested stakeholders in education. The UOWCHK booth attracted visitors including students, parents, career masters, educational institutes, government bodies, and agencies, resulting in a successful promotion and potential collaboration. Dr. Peter Wong, Associate Professor from the Faculty of Business, and Mr. Simon Chan, Senior Lecturer from the Faculty of Science and Technology, delivered an engaging seminar titled "Open Up a New Chapter in Your Life: Career Prospects in Aviation and Maritime Industries". The seminar received an enthusiastic response, with approximately 25 participants in attendance.
