Duties

Duties

The appointee will support the Academic Registry by performing a variety of essential functions. Primarily, this role involves managing timetable tasks at the College to ensure the efficient scheduling of classes and other academic activities. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinating with various departments to create and maintain accurate timetables;
  2. Resolving scheduling conflicts and optimizing resource allocation related to timetabling;
  3. Preparing the Academic Calendar;

Marketing and Student Recruitment Director

ERB Instructors

Duties

The appointee is expected to deliver various ERB courses at Levels 3 and 4, primarily focused on skill uplifting. This includes preparing course materials, conducting assessments, and providing constructive feedback to students to enhance their learning experience.

Requirements

All applicants must hold a Degree or Master’s degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of three years of teaching experience, along with relevant working experience in one of the following fields:

  • Project Management: Candidates should have a robust background in managing projects, with a preference for those holding certifications in Agile methodologies or CAPM. A minimum of five years of experience in leading teams, executing projects on time and within budget, and a proven track record of achieving project objectives is essential.
  • Online Business and Marketing: Applicants should demonstrate a strong foundation in digital marketing strategies, with at least three years of experience in online business development and collaboration with key opinion leaders in marketing. Experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns is highly desirable.
  • Financial Services: Instructors should possess significant experience in financial planning and analysis, specifically with a focus on preparation for AFP® certification. Candidates should have at least five years of relevant industry experience, including roles in financial consulting or investment management.
  • Blockchain Development: Candidates must have hands-on experience in blockchain applications, including the development and implementation of blockchain solutions. A minimum of three years of experience in this field, along with a strong understanding of smart contracts and decentralized applications, is required.
  • Data Analysis: Applicants should have practical experience in data analytics, including proficiency in analytical tools and techniques that drive business insights. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in data analysis roles, preferably in a business or technology context.
  • Cloud Computing: Candidates should have substantial experience in cloud technologies, including deployment and management of cloud-based solutions. A minimum of three years of experience in cloud architecture or administration is required.
  • Mobile Application Development: Instructors should have a background in developing Android applications, with experience in both foundational and advanced programming techniques. Candidates should have at least three years of relevant development experience, including familiarity with app deployment and user experience design.
  • Professional English Training: Candidates must have experience in teaching business English, including writing, listening, and speaking skills tailored for professional environments. A minimum of three years of teaching experience in an adult education or corporate training setting is essential.
  • Putonghua Language Training: Instructors should have experience in teaching Putonghua, particularly in business communication contexts. Candidates should have at least three years of teaching experience, with a focus on practical language use in professional settings.
  • Arboriculture : Candidates must be ISA Certified Arborists with a minimum of two years of experience in the field.

Salary and Conditions of Service

Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. The salary is based on an hourly rate ranging from $450 to $650, depending on the level of the course, number of participants and the qualifications of the instructor. For specialized professional courses that have specific instructor requirements, such as project management, the hourly rate may reach up to $1,000, subject to the instructor's expertise and the course's complexity.
